• House of Vermeer is an official dealer of miscellaneous brands, which are offered in the shop at Market 52 Delft or on the website.
• An agreement between you and House of Vermeer is confirmed by a confirmation email.
• All prices are in Euros and incl. 21% VAT
• Payment is by bank transfer or by Pay Pal.
• Delivery of our products go through Post.nl, all parcels are sent with track and trace. Parcels going abroad have to go track and trace and are insured up to € 500, -.
• Articles that go into a bubble envelope have no track and trace and are not insured, if you insist you need insurance than you can always contact us.
• If shipped items are damaged, please notify us within 5 days by email with a photo of the damaged product, according to the picture we can assess if the item will be resend.
• The delivery time depends on Post.nl, generally mail is delivered domestically within 5 working days. For Europe it is within 10 days and Internationally the delivery time can take up to 14 days.
• Exchange is only possible within the Netherlands, you can exchange it at the store or send it back and exchange for something else, the postage is at your own expense.
• Your privacy is guaranteed, we do not sell information to third parties. House of Vermeer guarantees that your information such as name, address, email, etc. will only be used for your purchase and shipment.
